1. Do you travel outside of the Dallas–Fort Worth area?
Yes. Jay Mumu Beauty is based in the Irving, Tx but is available for travel across Texas and out of state. Travel fees apply for bookings outside a 25-mile round-trip radius. All travel-related expenses will be included in your custom quote.

2. How do I book makeup services?
All bookings begin with an inquiry form. Select the service type, fill out the required details, and submit. You’ll receive a tailored quote based on your project scope, travel needs, and availability. Booking is secured once the retainer is received and contract signed.

3. Is a deposit required to hold my date?
Yes. To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer equal to the full quoted rate is required. Your date and time are not reserved until this retainer has been received.

4. Can you accommodate multiple looks or on-site touchups?
Yes. Please specify the number of looks and whether on-site touchups are needed in your inquiry form. These will be factored into your custom quote.

5. Do you offer hair or styling services?
No. Jay Mumu Beauty exclusively provides professional makeup artistry. However, if your team includes a hairstylist or wardrobe stylist, we’re happy to coordinate with them to ensure a cohesive execution.

6. What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
All payments are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, your booking may be transferred to a new date within 14–30 days of the original appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations outside of this rescheduling window will result in forfeiture of your payment.
